SEASONAL POSITION - TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT
This is a temporary seasonal role expected to support increased production demand. Employment is for a limited duration and does not guarantee ongoing or permanent placement.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 1st shift
PAY FREENCY: Weekly Pay
SALARY: Starting at $17.50/hour


JOB SUMMARY

The Seasonal Production Associate plays a crucial short-term role in supporting the manufacturing process during peak production periods. This position assists in the production of goods according to established standards and procedures. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a commitment to maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.



  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.




POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES


  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.



  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.



  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.



  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.



  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job requirements.



  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.



  • Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting is a plus.



  • Ability to maintain consistent attendance, arriving on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts during the seasonal assignment.




ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPECTATIONS, AND BEHAVIORS

  • Assist in the assembly and production of goods according to established specifications and standards.



  • Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety protocols and procedures.



  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.



  • Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet seasonal production goals and deadlines.



  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.



  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns.



  • Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job skills and knowledge.



  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and attendance.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Maintain visual acuity for inspecting products and reading written instructions or labels.




Work Environment:

The Seasonal Production Associate primarily works in a fast-paced manufacturing or production facility. The environment may involve exposure to loud noises, moving machinery, and various production materials. The role may require standing for extended periods and lifting or moving objects up to 50 lbs. Safety is our top priority, and all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to ensure a safe working environment.
