NPD Sourcing Project Manager As an NPD Sourcing Project Manager, you will work closely with your teammates in Global Strategic Sourcing and the NPD program teams to ensure completion of the GSS phase gate deliverables of your assigned programs. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing strategic sourcing actions for your assigned programs to ensure the program is able to meet its timing and budgetary goals and to keep key stakeholders aware and aligned on progress. You will also lead and enhance continuous improvement efforts that support your and the GSS team's key business initiatives. Responsibilities:

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $85,200 - $127,600. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
