RQI Specialist I

Position Overview:

The RQI Specialist I is a handson, operational role that supports the daily functions of the RQI Distribution Center. Team members in this position are responsible for configuring and refurbishing RQI equipment, processing work orders, and supporting inventory and shipping activities. This role offers an opportunity for internal team members to develop technical skills, gain exposure to RQI products and systems, and contribute directly to the success of Laerdal's lifesaving programs.

Responsibilities:

• Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCs
• Refurbish manikins and laptops to company standards
• Manage inventory and process work orders using QAD
• Coordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service orders
• Support
  product repairs and returns (RMA) as needed

Pay Rate:

• $15.50/hr.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00am-3:30pm
• 8:00am-4:30pm

Requirements:

• Experience with RQI products and processes (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic software setup
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety practices
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to set up and manipulate software
  installations
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• High School Diploma
