Mid Market Account Manager Location Prefer Allen Texas based candidates with ability to work from the office periodically Up to 25% travel About the role The Mid Market Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients using LSEG Risk Intelligence identity fraud prevention and payments risk solutions. This role focuses on revenue retention product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities within existing relationships. The Account Manager works closely with Sales Customer Success and Solution Consulting teams to develop growth strategies and ensure clients are realizing value from our solutions. Key responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of mid market customers using LSEG Risk Intelligence products Drive revenue retention and expansion across assigned accounts Identify opportunities to introduce additional LSEG solutions and new use cases Partner with sellers to open new opportunities and support deal progression Develop relationships with key stakeholders across risk fraud compliance and payments teams within client organizations Lead regular client check ins and quarterly business reviews Partner with Customer Success and Solution Consulting teams to support adoption and growth Monitor account health product usage and growth potential Maintain account plans and forecast updates Success metrics Revenue retention across assigned accounts Expansion opportunities opened and progressed Increased product adoption and usage Strong client relationships and long term growth Qualifications 5-7 years experience in account management customer success or SaaS sales Experience managing a portfolio of business accounts Strong relationship management and communication skills Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing clients Experience working cross functionally with sales and technical teams Background in fintech fraud prevention identity verification payments or SaaS solutions preferred We encourage candidates to apply even if their experience does not perfectly match every qualification listed.
