Job Title: AWM - Alternatives Portfolio Services - Analyst Duration: 6 months Location: Dallas, TX 75201 Description The Alternatives Portfolio Services team is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing across a broad range of products. The products supported are complex loan instruments that require close alignment and collaboration with the desks and multiple internal teams. Responsibilities Servicing a robust portfolio and conducting daily exception monitoring and break resolution. Interaction with middle office teams, sales teams, controllers, and other internal teams to resolve transactional issues and to collaborate on process and product enhancements and improvements. Risk management of the firm's cash flows related to lending and trading activities. Settlement functions include support of trading/sales, settlement execution and daily reporting while accurately managing the firm's books and records. Perform regular due diligence by evaluating client payments inbound and outbound globally. Reviewing legal documents and ad-hoc reports for the client and internal business groups.
