Your Impact
As the Manager of External Worker - Tech, you will lead the end-to-end delivery and optimization of external workforce management services that support our Tech Enablement (TE) and Asset teams. You will oversee the full external worker lifecycle-from demand planning and engagement model selection through onboarding, performance oversight, and offboarding-ensuring services are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
You will partner closely with Tech leadership to translate workforce needs into practical, cost-effective talent solutions, advising on engagement models and capacity strategies that balance speed, quality, compliance, and risk. In collaboration with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence, monitor performance metrics, resolve issues, and continuously improve processes to enhance user experience and service quality.
In this role, you will also safeguard compliance across a complex global environment, proactively managing regulatory, worker classification, and contractual risks. Through data-driven insights, strong governance, and team leadership, you will ensure our external workforce strategy enables Tech teams to deliver impact with the right skills, at the right time, in the right model.

Your qualifications and skills
  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of experience in external worker management and people leadership
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, leveraging data and logical reasoning
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to independently initiate and complete tasks
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint decks, Excel models, written materials)
  • Exceptional time management in a dynamic, autonomous work environment with flexibility to handle urgent projects as needed
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and adaptable to diverse audiences and seniority levels
