Intern, Business Data Analytics - Customer Experience & Service Offerings
Overview The Business Data Analytics Intern will support the Global Service organization by developing customer experience models that help differentiate and optimize service offerings across regions and customer segments. This role focuses on analyzing install base, service contract, and customer experience data to identify insights that inform service portfolio design, pricing, and gotomarket strategies. The intern will work closely with Service, Commercial Operations, and Analytics teams to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve customer value and drive service growth. This is a 10-12 week summer internship and is based out of the TA Instruments site in New Castle, DE. Responsibilities
Analyze service and customer experience data (e.g., install base, service contracts, service interactions, response and resolution metrics) to identify patterns and segmentation opportunities
