Engineering Technician, Powder Manufacturing

• Manage inventory for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
• Partner with Engineering, Facilities, and other teams to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and resolve production challenges
• Support cross-departmental initiatives by assisting Facilities, Logistics, and other teams during low-volume periods or surges in R&D demands, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adaptability to shifting priorities
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles and safety standards
• Wear PPE, including a Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) (with fit test and medical clearance), and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing, bending)
• Participate in training to stay current with safety protocols, technologies, and procedures

• 2+ years in manufacturing (battery, electronics, or automotive preferred)
• Proven reliability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working in variable conditions (temperature, noise, physical demands)
• Preferred Certifications (e.g., IPC, Six Sigma)
