What to Expect
Support the safe and efficient operation of powder processing areas by managing formulations, raw materials, and equipment. This role involves cross-departmental collaboration, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols while adapting to evolving priorities.
What You'll Do
- Manage inventory for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
- Partner with Engineering, Facilities, and other teams to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and resolve production challenges
- Support cross-departmental initiatives by assisting Facilities, Logistics, and other teams during low-volume periods or surges in R&D demands, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles and safety standards
- Wear PPE, including a Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) (with fit test and medical clearance), and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing, bending)
- Participate in training to stay current with safety protocols, technologies, and procedures
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in manufacturing (battery, electronics, or automotive preferred)
- Proven reliability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working in variable conditions (temperature, noise, physical demands)
- Preferred Certifications (e.g., IPC, Six Sigma)

Expected Compensation
$27.31 - $35.54/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
