We are seeking an Apparel Graphic Designer whose creativity will directly shape the aesthetic and narrative of upcoming collections. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling graphic-led apparel that resonates with diverse consumers, driving innovation from concept to market. Your work will not only influence seasonal trends but also contribute significantly to the brand's global identity and success. You will collaborate closely with design, product management, and development teams to bring graphic-led apparel collections to life. Your contributions will span the entire creative process, from initial concept to final execution, for various product categories.

Responsibilities



  • Lead the creative development of all design content, including original graphics, application techniques, color palettes, print, pattern, and trims.
  • Partner with product management to translate consumer insights into engaging, trend-driven narratives and graphic storytelling.
  • Communicate design intent effectively to development teams, assisting with schematic creation and actively participating in prototype reviews and workshops.
  • Manage and design compelling presentation materials, showcasing concepts to both internal teams and leadership.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment, working alongside design leadership and cross-functional partners to achieve seasonal objectives.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fashion design, industrial design, apparel design, material design, textile design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant design experience in graphic design, apparel, or a closely-related industry involving product creation; or a Master's degree with 2+ years of meaningful design experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging design and fashion trends, particularly within sportswear and streetwear.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Strong visual and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design intent to diverse audiences.
  • Highly proficient in all aspects of graphic and product design, including drawing/sketching, illustration, typography, print and pattern development, color theory, and technical applications.
  • Foundational understanding of apparel construction, schematic development, and tech pack creation.
  • Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience with 3D rendering software is a nice-to-have.
