Here's what you'd do

  • Mixing Assistants are responsible for assisting the Chemical Mixers with their daily work activities.
  • Transferring all finished/intermediate products in containers.
  • Cleaning all mixing equipment and utensils.
  • Making solutions for formulations.
  • Assisting in taking samples of raw materials when necessary.
  • Putting labels on containers.
  • Ensure all returned-to-inventory raw materials have the correct quantity and information on their containers, and that the containers are in good condition.
  • Driving the forklift when necessary.
  • Assisting in other areas when necessary.

Here's what you'll get:

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Temp to perm.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with mixing/blending chemicals
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Have a valid forklift certification
  • Be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English, including safety rules, operating procedures, product recipes, material identification, etc..

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Able to manipulate 55-gallon drums of chemicals.
  • Able to drive a forklift.
