The Regional Director of Operations will report directly to the VP, Field Operations and work with Area Leader(s) to drive consistency across the Regions in delivery, growth strategy, productivity, operations and profitability. A Regional Director of Operations may or may not have direct Area cost center responsibilities along with team leadership. What you'll be doingESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree Preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of equivalent work experience is required. Previous experience of recruitment strategy and implementation; including analytical expertise of recruitment processes and metrics is required. This role requires in-person work and travel throughout the region to onsite and client locations, the expected travel exceeds 50%. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: Ability to prioritize, have strong attention to detail, organize and perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines. Experience managing complex projects that may vary in nature and scope Proactive in defining problems and implementing creative and sustainable solutions for resolution Experience in modeling and deploying business improvement processes Experienced in managing and coordinating teams across multiple business groups Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and translate findings to key stakeholders Knowledge of and the ability to apply sound leadership practices, including developing colleagues by inspiring, encouraging and providing coaching to improve performance. Adept at performing to established KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Strategic mindset and collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross functional, cross-cultural environment. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
