- Lead the design and facilitation of business reviews, leadership huddles, and planning cadences to ensure clear priorities, aligned decision making, early identification of risks, and consistent follow through on commitments.
- Develop and deliver executive level communication and reporting that translate complex information into clear insights, enabling timely, well-informed decisions across teams.
- Convert strategic direction into actionable operational plans by creating sequenced roadmaps, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, and escalation paths that drive predictable execution and accountability.
- Maintain a single source of truth for divisional initiatives, ensuring transparent visibility into planned member impacts, progress updates, and lessons learned from prior incidents.
- Coordinate cross divisional efforts including budgeting cycles, value delivery reviews, and postmortem assessments to ensure outcomes remain aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Build mechanisms to track commitments and performance trends, ensuring timely corrective actions when metrics deviate and strengthen operational discipline.
- Establish standardized rituals and ways of working that reinforce partnership, transparency, divisional unity, and recognition of individual and team contributions.
- Embed risk assessment, controls, and change management expectations into execution routines, coordinating with Compliance, Legal, and PMO to ensure compliant delivery and successful audits.
- Ensure adoption and effective use of enterprise recommended tools, identifying opportunities for enhancements or automation to improve reporting accuracy, collaboration, and workflow efficiency.
Essential Skills:
- RequiredEducation: Bachelor's degree in field relevant to role (or 4additionalyears of relevant experience in lieu of a degree),advanced degree preferred.
- Required Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, 0 - 2 years as a People Leader
- Proven experience managing enterprise operating rhythms, executive routines, or cross functional business cadences.
- Experience leading executive initiatives or strategic programs with hands-on accountability for execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of outcomes.
- Strong background in strategic and executive communications, including storytelling, presentation development, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum) to improve processes, performance, and execution quality.
- Proficiency with MS Office, data visualization tools (such as Tableau and Power BI), and workflow tools (such as Jira and Smartsheet).
- Management and/or optimization certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, CSM or similar) strongly preferred.
Location:Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID)
Target Compensation: $115,000 to $135,000 annually + annual bonus
