We're actively seeking a talented Systems Analyst Consultant to join our CYBR New Product Delivery team as a remote employee or in one of our office locations (Newport Beach, CA | Omaha, NB I Charlotte, NC)

As a Systems Analyst Consultant at Pacific Life, you will join a team of 8-10 in CMD Tech Ops Life, working alongside a Scrum Master, Systems Analyst, and Developer professionals. You'll help develop complex products with a focus on quality and rapid delivery to keep competitive advantage amongst our competitors.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Provided guidance/coaching to onshore/offshore teams in areas where it may be needed; discussed possible improvements and allowed team to consider and agree where/if change were needed allowing teams empowered behavior.

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional teams in order to reduce tension and gain cooperation.

  • Strong attention to detail that is accurate and thorough.

  • Ability to manage project expectations with development teams and Stakeholders by trading off and setting realistic goals.

The experience you bring:

  • B.A. in Business Administration, Mathematics or equivalent experience.

  • Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Advanced Certified Scrum Master

  • 10+ years of working experience championing an agile scrum environment, both independently and collaboratively.

  • 10+ years of coordinating with external teams, outside of core scrum teams, when needed to ensure all moving pieces are in place for combined code deployment reducing risks and increasing agile engineering practices.

  • 7+ years of working experience overseeing onshore/offshore teams.

  • 7+ years of working experience by partnering with PMO office on project budgets, value stream mapping, and the importance of decentralized decision making, and the value in delivery with aggressive prioritization.

What makes you stand out:

  • M.S. in Mathematics or equivalent.

  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel and VB/Macros.

  • Working experience with CyberLife platform.

  • Possess great team collaboration skills

  • Excellent written and communication skills.

Compensation will be adjusted to reflect the local market of the home location of the successful candidate.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$152,010.00 - $185,790.00
