Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn OhioJob Summary The Senior Lead Analyst (QA) is a seniorlevel contributor within Finance Risk Governance (FRG), responsible for strengthening risk identification, issue management, and quality assurance across the Finance organization. While the role maintains accountability for regulatory reporting quality assurance activities, it expands beyond Regulatory Reporting to provide Financewide risk coverage, with particular emphasis on Emerging Risks and Issues Management. Operating independently from daily execution activities, this role identifies emerging and systemic risks, evaluates control effectiveness, and partners with Finance leadership to drive proactive risk mitigation and sustainable governance outcomes. Competencies / Skills Strategic Risk Leadership Demonstrates the ability to set direction for Financewide QA and risk program activities, with particular focus on emerging risks and issues management. Operates with a high degree of autonomy, proactively identifies risk themes and opportunities for improvement, and promotes a culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive risk management across Finance. Program Oversight & Review Leads the planning, execution, and review of complex, riskbased testing and assessment programs spanning broader Finance functions. Applies advanced analytical judgment to evaluate results, identify systemic issues, and ensure outcomes are actionable and aligned with Finance risk priorities and governance expectations. Stakeholder RelationshipBuilding Builds and sustains effective working relationships with Finance and Risk stakeholders, including Corporate Treasury, Controllership, and other Finance teams. Facilitates open dialogue, navigates complex organizational dynamics, and drives alignment on risk identification, issue resolution, and remediation priorities. Advanced ProblemSolving & Issue Management Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex and emerging Finance risks and issues, distinguishing isolated findings from systemic themes. Applies sound judgment to assess risk impact, recommend solutions, and escalate matters appropriately. Demonstrates adaptability in responding to evolving risk profiles and regulatory expectations. Written & Verbal Communication Communicates complex risk findings, trends, and recommendations clearly and effectively to management, governance forums, and crossfunctional audiences. Prepares concise, highquality materials and presentations to support informed decisionmaking. Collaborative Teamwork Works effectively across teams and disciplines to support Financewide risk and QA objectives. Aligns efforts across QA program pillars and risk initiatives, taking initiative to coordinate actions and drive outcomes in crossfunctional environments. Accuracy, Timeliness & Planning Maintains a high level of attention to detail and accountability, consistently meeting quality standards and deadlines. Demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills in managing multiple priorities, supporting annual and multiyear risk and testing plans, and documenting assessments, issues, and outcomes. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
