Position Summary The Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of patient health records within the electronic health record (EHR). This role supports the full lifecycle of health information, including document processing, release of information (ROI), and compliance with privacy regulations. The position also supports referral coordination by ensuring timely and accurate documentation to facilitate continuity of care. Physical Requirements Prolonged sedentary work, repetitive keyboarding/mouse usage, and high-frequency, fine manipulation of tools. Essential physical demands include viewing computer monitors for extended periods, sitting or standing comfortably, and occasionally lifting/carrying light items (usually up to 10 lbs). Pay and Benefits
Hourly Pay Range: $24.45 - $29.65; depending on education/qualifications/experience. Pay range is non-negotiable.
