Daily Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues across corporate fleet vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and optimal performance
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to identify root causes of vehicle quality concerns
• Document repairs, findings, and technical insights accurately and thoroughly
• Support Engineering with testing, data collection, and special projects
• Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive or fleet technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Chrysler dealership environment
