ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Representative I is responsible for learning and supporting Wells' sales and marketing processes while developing the skills needed to identify, pursue, and develop profitable precast projects. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, assisting with estimating and project coordination, and representing the company at meetings, presentations, and industry events. The position plays a key role in supporting early-stage project development and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle. Salary range $58,862-$88,294 a year.
