Business Development for Water Infrastructure

This position is a field position and will be expected to travel at least 50% of the time, in Tennessee/Alabama Territory.

1. This position is accountable for managing a profile of Business Development for Water Infrastructure customers in order to maintain and increase sales/growth and market share for the P&M Division. Position will serve as the single point of contact and will manage Business Development for Water Infrastructure - based customer relationships, coordinate pricing across geography/span of control. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to make major inroads to specific Business Development for Water Infrastructure -based related customers and provide for Protective and Marine Coating needs in all of those various facilities/locations.

2. This position will work with specified sale representative teams within stated geography to ensure that specific Business Development for Water Infrastructure locations receive the same level of service program offerings. The Business Development for Water Infrastructure Representative must be able to effectively utilize resources, marketing technical, and work with decision making facility individuals to meet customer expectations and achieve long-term sales/market growth. This person will also work with Product Marketing to create awareness of new products to serve customer needs.

3. Will manage a territory that will vary based on Sales Manager input and aligned with current Water/Wastewater Reps within that region.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
• Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to travel at least 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have a bachelor's degree or higher in business
• Have the ability to work with all levels of the P&M Sales Organization
• Have the ability to work with PSG National Accounts
