As part of the Quality Management (QM) Team, the Behavioral Health Triage Analyst plays a pivotal role supporting the Behavioral Health Clinical Quality Analyst team across multiple aspects of Quality of Care (QOC) investigations. Responsibilities include managing regulatory Incident, Accident, and Death (IAD) portals; opening, triaging, and maintaining cases in internal QOC databases; and initiating medical record retrievals based on clinical judgment. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, sound judgment, and resilience. This position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 1 East Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. May be required to attend meetings at the office quarterly. Primary Responsibilities:

The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.89 - $42.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
