The Equipment Sales Support will play a crucial role in supporting the product management team by coordinating various aspects of product development, launch, and lifecycle management; including supporting the various product projects the team undertakes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to market. This role will primarily be focused on organizing and coordinating activities related to product development and management.

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Compensation: $26-29/hr

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00 pm Mon-Fri; Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote



Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries ensuring follow-up and customer satisfaction
- Orders and returning of parts, fulfilling customer orders
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Deals with customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
- Work with managers, engineers and vendors to ensure accurate pricing and shipping information, including special pricing authorizations.
- Performance of other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

    Bachelor of Science in chemistry, engineering, other technical degree, Business, or Marketing acceptable.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical or equipment sales, product management role or chemical field sales or environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Position requires on-site office presence a minimum of 3-days per week and as needed.
