Koch Technology (KT) has an opening for a dynamic and motivated Program Manager to own program level execution across our Merger, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Integrations, Closures, Sites (MADICS) and KT Enterprise Architecture (EA) transformational initiatives. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate complex, highly interdependent technology programs, while helping establish and mature portfoliolevel planning, governance, and execution discipline within the MADICS capability.

You will play a critical role in driving outcomes across complex initiatives, providing program leadership that enables effective decision making, reduces execution risk, and aligns delivery with broader Koch business outcomes.

Our Team

The MADICS team focuses on enabling complex, highimpact initiatives across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, site changes, and enterprise architecture, bringing structure, clarity, and execution where work spans many teams and leaders. We operate at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery, helping the organization turn intent into business outcomes by coordinating dependencies, decisions, and execution across Koch Technology and Koch operating companies.

Location: This role can be located in Wichita, KS / Plano, TX / Atlanta, GA and requires an in office presence with flexibility.

What You Will Do

  • Provide program-level leadership and accountability for large, complex M&A/MADICS initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Build and manage integrated program plans (scope, sequencing, milestones, resourcing, and change control) to enable clear tradeoffs and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and communicate program performance, risks, dependencies, and decisions, adapting execution approaches as conditions change to ensure successful delivery. Maintain transparent, decisionready communication with stakeholders ranging from project teams to Koch company CIOs.
  • Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration across Koch Technology, operating companies, and external vendors, absorbing execution complexity and resolving friction to keep programs moving forward. Mentor project teams by reinforcing disciplined execution and effective decisionmaking.
  • Partner with KT leaders across MADICS and EA initiatives to ensure programs remain aligned with strategic objectives and deliver intended value. Help refine and operate program governance, leveraging Koch's decisionmaking framework to clarify ownership, escalation paths, and decision rights.
  • Act as a bridge between enterprise strategy, architectural intent, and execution-enabling Enterprise Architects to focus on technical vision and strategy while program execution and coordination are driven through this role.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience leading large, complex initiatives where requirements evolve and execution depends on tight cross-team coordination.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority, aligning senior leaders, technical experts, and external vendors to drive outcomes.
  • Experience establishing and running program governance (cadence, dependency management, and decision forums)
  • Strong judgment and effectiveness in facilitating trade-off decisions across speed, risk, cost, and long-term value.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly, synthesizing progress and blockers into decision-ready updates for stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching project teams or leaders, reinforcing disciplined execution and effective decision making without owning day-to-day task direction.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience providing programlevel leadership in M&A, integrations, or major enterprise transformations, particularly in environments with externally driven timelines and high execution risk.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating multiple project managers and delivery teams within a single program, enabling consistent execution without becoming a bottleneck.
  • Experience designing or improving portfolio or program governance models while work was already underway, not just operating within a predefined framework.
  • Proven ability to absorb execution and coordination complexity from senior leaders, enabling them to stay focused on strategy and architecture.
  • Experience partnering closely with enterprise architects, platform leaders, or strategy teams, taking ownership of execution allowing technical leaders to focus on higherleverage work.
  • Demonstrated comfort operating across multiple operating companies, vendors, or organizational cultures, aligning incentives and resolving friction to keep programs moving.
