Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus

Overview

We are seeking a Development Manager to lead a 14-person engineering team across software development, web applications, and Microsoft-based platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong influence over architecture, design, and delivery.

This position offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale systems within a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities



  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers across multiple disciplines
  • Oversee software architecture, system design, and SDLC best practices
  • Drive delivery of scalable applications across web and enterprise platforms
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, priorities, and timelines
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues
  • Manage hiring, performance, and team growth


Qualifications



  • Experience leading software engineering teams (ideally 8+ engineers)
  • Strong technical background in:


    • C# / .NET
    • Microsoft Azure
    • SQL Server


  • Experience with architecture, system design, and enterprise applications
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Exposure to SharePoint or Dynamics
  • Experience working in enterprise or highly regulated environments
