What you will do as a RN Triage: Assess the patient and identified actual or potential health, safety or educational needs Uses communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes Evaluates care and the patient's response to interventions and expected outcomes Facilitates continuity of care through interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of appropriate health care services What you will need: Associate's Degree in Nursing Active MN RN License 5+ years of Clinical Nursing experience Some experience with patient education and disease management Clinic Description:Mill City Clinic Location:901 S 2nd St .Minneapolis, MN 55415 Hours: 0.4FTE Compensation: 34.92 - 55.88 USD Hourly At M Physicians we believe in pay transparency and equity.
