| Duties and Responsibilities |
Will support women's basketball to help sustain success. This position is an integral part of game preparation and student- athlete development. This position will serve as an on-court coach assisting in the skills and development of our student-athletes. This position oversees all video operations in women's basketball coordinating all video efforts related to game analysis and breakdowns of practices and competition for Loyola Chicago. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the coaching staff with coaching, scouting and practice planning.
- Serve as an on court development coach for student-athletes teaching skills, running drills, and assist with overall on-court skill development
- Video exchange
- Assist with organizational planning
- Support player development and assist with roster management.
- Help with the planning, organization, and coaching at camps and clinics.
- Coordinate the filming of practices, games and training sessions.
- Works with the women's basketball coaching staff to meet their video needs
- Edit and clip films to make videos for coaches and student-athletes.
- Assist staff in all video presentation recruiting needs.
- Assist in overseeing team managers roles and expectations
- Perform game day duties as assigned.

| Minimum Education and/or Work Experience |
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Two years of collegiate coaching experience in designated sport required.
- Understanding of and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations and commitment to the mission of Jesuit higher education.

1-2 years of playing basketball or video related experience within athletics. |

Familiar with video production specific to basketball : synergy, Fast Scout etc. |
