Description Maine Medical CenterManagement/Leadership Summary: The Engagement & Stabilization Security Supervisor leads a specialized security team focused on promoting a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment within Maine Medical Center. This position is both operational and supervisory in nature. In addition to performing the full scope of duties assigned to Specialists- including proactive patient engagement, de-escalation, and crisis response- the Supervisor is responsible for the overall leadership and coordination of the Engagement & Stabilization Team unit. This includes scheduling, performance oversight, operational effectiveness, and acting as the primary liaison with the Director of Security and Parking.
