Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to support successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, contractors, and external partners.
  • Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Organize cross functional meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Support procurement invoicing and administrative tasks related to projects.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition to fulfill clients' requisitions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
  • Relevant project coordination or project management experience. Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Successful drug screen.
  • Eligible to obtain a US Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working on federal or government-funded projects, preferably within DOE or similar agencies.
  • Familiarity with compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements in a government environment.

Location/Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
  • Schedule is full-time, 40-hour work week.
