We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team supporting the Persistent Surveillance Division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing all aspects of program management to ensure successful delivery of program objectives. You will work closely with engineers, government contracting officers, and subcontractors, serving as the central point of coordination across stakeholders. You will also play a key role in overseeing the procurement process, ensuring alignment with program requirements, schedules, and compliance standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for emerging technology initiatives, from concept through prototype and transition

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize new technologies aligned to persistent surveillance mission needs

  • Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and operations

  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers

  • Interface with government stakeholders, customers, and partners to align requirements and expectations

  • Drive technology demonstrations, experiments, and pilot deployments

  • Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition processes, security requirements, and reporting standards

  • Support capture and proposal efforts related to emerging technology programs

  • Track and communicate program status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus 12-15 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of program management experience in defense, aerospace, or national security environments or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience and 7+ years of program management experience in defense, aerospace, or national security environments

  • Experience managing R&D or advanced technology programs

  • Familiarity with persistent surveillance systems (ISR, sensors, analytics, or similar domains)

  • Strong understanding of program lifecycle management, cost/schedule control, and risk management

  • Experience working with DoD customers and acquisition frameworks

  • Active Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a technical or business discipline

  • PMP or DAWIA certification

  • Experience transitioning prototypes to operational systems

  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
