Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a national grocer with stores found across the country, is in need of a Marketing Coordinator for a period of 4-7 months to help keep their promotions moving along the marketing lifecycle. To achieve this, we're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven, Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing tasks by keeping projects moving, ensuring accuracy, and partnering across teams to bring marketing initiatives to life. As a key partner to both internal stakeholders and external agencies/printers, you'll play a critical role in supporting retail promotions, managing marketing assets, and ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly from start to finish.

What You'll Do



  • Manage in-store signage/illustration needs from initial coordination with independent owner operators through proofing, approvals, and final print production with third-party agencies
  • Review and proof weekly advertising materials to ensure accuracy across product details, pricing, sizing, and promotional messaging
  • Provide day-to-day marketing support across a variety of ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Manage weekly coupon performance reports by pulling redemption data (via MicroStrategy) and maintaining accurate tracking logs in Excel
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to source and select customer testimonials for marketing campaigns
  • Support store grand openings by compiling performance recaps, including app download data and templated communications


What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally within retail or a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized under pressure
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong collaboration skills
