We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Manager to join our team in Arizona. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in inventory management and hands-on knowledge of roofing materials, allowing for minimal training and immediate impact. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of warehouse inventory management and control, ensuring accuracy and organization Manage and track vehicle inventory, including materials, tools, and equipment Supervise yard operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and material staging Implement and maintain inventory systems, processes, and best practices Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure timely material availability Qualifications: Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in construction or roofing environments Working knowledge of roofing materials and supplies strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records Leadership experience or ability to oversee warehouse operations independently Compensation: Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience
