This role operates cleaning and sterilization equipment to ensure instruments and supplies meet quality and safety standards. The technician prepares supplies and equipment for both steam and low-temperature sterilization and maintains compliance with departmental and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in supporting surgical services through accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to sterile processing protocols. Work Location: On-site (St. Petersburg, Florida) Shift: Full-time, Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Education: High School Diploma or GED required Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training: Certification required through one of the following: CBSPD, HSPA, or IAHCSMM Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of instrument processing experience required Additional Information: $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Apply | |
