Job Summary Job Description The Manager, Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for leading and managing a team of manufacturing engineers, ensuring efficient production, maintaining high quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for a manufacturing facility
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Project Management: Manage and oversee manufacturing engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Budget Management: Prepare and implement the departmental budget. Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Engineering, Quality, Production) to achieve production goals. Innovation: Encourage and support innovation in manufacturing processes and technologies. Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Vendor Management: Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Proven experience in meeting required Manufacturing Engineering goals Strong dedication as a team player.
