Key Responsibilities
Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders, from C-level to tactical teams
- Model strong executive presence and coach team members on engaging effectively at the C-suite level
- Own and guide the creation and execution of GTM plans and plays with one of Check Point's top strategic partners
- Oversee development and execution of quarterly and annual business plans, ensuring consistent ROI tracking and optimization across the team
- Drive team strategy around pipeline generation, including innovative incentive programs for new customers and emerging technologies
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maximize renewals through cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Champion a consultative relationship approach across the team to effectively communicate Check Point's value at all partner levels
- Lead participation in internal sales meetings to evangelize partner value and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
- Oversee and ensure execution of co-sell campaigns, with rigorous ROI measurement and reporting standards
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex partner issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
- Establish best practices in sales messaging, sales motion, and organizational alignment for strategic partners
- Guide the team in developing deep partner expertise, including understanding partner programs, motivations, and growth drivers
- Drive executive outreach strategies and support team engagement with key partner leaders and practice heads
- Oversee planning and execution of joint GTM initiatives to accelerate business outcomes
- Lead consistent QBR cadence with strategic partners, ensuring alignment on joint plans, performance metrics, and continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate pipeline management, engagement tracking, and ROI reporting within Salesforce across the team
Qualifications
Your Knowledge & Skills What you bring to the table:
- 8-12 years of experience in relationship-based channel account management, and preferably at least 2-3 years in a leadership or team lead role
- Proven experience working with major National Resellers (e.g., CDW)
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen in channel sales management, business development, and strategic partner alignment
- Experience in the IT industry, particularly in cloud-based software, infrastructure, and services
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry - highly preferred
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop, operationalize, and scale go-to-market strategies across a team
- Strong ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic planning
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple products and stakeholder groups
- Highly results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a team environment
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership presence
- Experience with Salesforce and pipeline/reporting governance
