SHIFT - Day shift during off season (Dec - Aug), flexible to work offshift during season (Sept - Nov)

At Gallo's McCall Distillery in Sanger, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing our spirits to life, supporting daily operations that blend craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork. As a Distillery Ops Maintenance Tech 1, you'll work alongside experienced spirits makers and facility leaders to ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Your day-to-day work will span both distillery and cellar operations, where you'll assist with distillation and processing of grape wine distillate, aged brandy, beer mash, and whiskey. You'll be actively involved in racking, blending, chilling, filtering, and adding ingredients across a variety of spirits, including brandy, whiskey, gin, tequila, and more. This role also supports broader winery and facility operations, from shipping and receiving to wastewater application, warehousing, and chiller operations.

In addition to spending majority of your time doing production responsibilities, you'll also contribute to maintaining equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. You'll assist with preventive maintenance, general repairs, and troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly. Accurate documentation and compliance are key, and you'll help maintain records related to maintenance, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements using systems such as WineManager and SAP.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, varied work in an industrial production environment, values safety and quality, and is motivated to gain experience and skills in maintenance and operations.
