The Senior Technical Program Manager provides enterprise level leadership and technical coordination in support of the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Division. This role supports the delivery of integrated technical solutions, structured program management, data integrity efforts, and mission focused analysis that enable NIWC Atlantic to meet operational and strategic objectives. The position leads cross functional collaboration, supports modernization of enterprise environments, and ensures consistent, standardized inputs to authoritative systems. The Senior Technical Program Manager also drives Agile execution, facilitates requirements development, and delivers clear operational updates and technical summaries that support informed decision making across EBS initiatives. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Program Leadership & Coordination Program Management, Agile Execution & Requirements Development Data Management, Integrity & Decision Support Operational Modernization, Process Improvement & Risk Management Performance Analysis, Operational Assessment & Intelligence Support Required Qualifications Experience supporting modernization efforts, process improvement, and operational planning across enterprise environments. Salary: $150k+ dependent on education and experience Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
