Position Overview: The Sr. Contracts Manager is responsible for leading all phases of contracting, including partnering with stakeholders, market analysis, vendor selection, RFI/RFP, and awarding contracts. Sr. Contracts Manager must also identify and deliver cost savings while maximizing the value of spend. Additionally, the Sr. Contracts Manager will be instrumental in developing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors. Sr. Contract Manager will be the commercial lead on negotiations of agreements with Contractors. We are looking for an ambitious candidate with initiative and resilience who can be responsible working towards a goal while contributing creatively to the team. The anticipated salary range for this role is $134,000 - $194,000 per year (presented in good faith). In addition to base pay, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and may be eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity, depending on the role. Actual pay will depend on factors such as internal equity, skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. This range supports our commitment to pay transparency and compliance with applicable laws. Compensation may vary by work location, including remote arrangements.
