As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of this growth. You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for the technical experts who are designing and building the future of the Southwest.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do
    Lead Regional Growth: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, architecture, and engineering roles in our expanding Phoenix/Scottsdale office and surrounding areas.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates in a competitive technical market.
  • Market Expert & Advisor: Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing insights on regional market trends, talent demands, and compensation.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional experience for every candidate, managing everything from initial outreach to successful closing and onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR, Marketing, and local leadership to drive employer branding, social media initiatives, and university/professional recruitment events.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Maintain accurate data within iCIMS ATS and ensure all processes comply with EEO, OFCCP, and relevant federal/state labor laws.


Qualifications

What You Will Bring
  • Expertise: 7+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience (ideally a mix of corporate and agency/RPO).
  • Industry Insight: Strong background or high interest in technical recruitment within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced digital/AI sourcing tools.
  • Consultative Mindset: Ability to navigate competing priorities and lead through influence to deliver results for internal stakeholders.
  • DEI Focus: Experience implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within a recruitment framework.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a hybrid model and willing to travel up to 20% for recruiting events as needed.
