The FP&A Sr Manager - Enterprise develops and leads the enterprise FP&A organization and financial processes. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, this position is responsible for advancing enterprise financial planning, strategic finance, and investment management capabilities across the organization. The role supports the development and execution of the Rite-Hite ONE (RH One) strategy through enterprise modeling, strategic investment analysis, and long-range value creation initiatives. This role serves as the strategic finance business partner to the President of Digital Solutions and collaborates closely with finance and cross-functional leadership teams, including executive leadership. This position is located at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Lead enterprise FP&A capabilities, establishing performance standards and ensuring strong business partnership across business units and enterprise functions.

Own the enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and long-range planning processes, driving standardization while supporting appropriate operational differentiation across operating units.

Drive progression toward a driver-based forecasting model incorporating internal, external, customer, and macroeconomic performance indicators.

Partner with leadership to develop and maintain the RH One business case, including ownership of long-term enterprise financial models, scenario planning, and strategic value creation analysis.

Own enterprise investment governance, including return analysis and post-investment reviews to ensure accountability against commitments.

Strengthen enterprise margin analytics and profitability rigor, evaluating pricing effectiveness, commercial programs, cost structure, and SG&A investments (volume / mix / rate analysis).

Establish enterprise KPI frameworks, dashboarding, and performance management processes that connect financial outcomes to operational drivers and improve decision-making transparency.

Develop external benchmarking frameworks to assess enterprise performance, capital returns, and competitive positioning.

Lead and develop the enterprise FP&A team, establishing priorities and supporting continued capability development.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent required, MBA preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in progressive finance roles.

5+ years previous experience in an FP&A leadership role.

Experience supporting executive leadership and enterprise-wide strategic finance initiatives preferred.

Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial leaders (written and verbal), leveraging strong interpersonal skills.

Strong financial modeling and presentation skills using relevant and modern software.

Demonstrated ability to take conceptual ideas/direction and create clear, actionable plans and execution, comfortable with ambiguity.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational, commercial, and financial performance drivers.

Practical experience building FP&A capabilities and financial processes within an organization.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role will have two direct reports.
