Field Systems: The Trimble Field Systems segment provides solutions to increase precision and productivity in construction tasks by empowering stakeholders to collect accurate information and manage conditions with cutting-edge technology. What Makes This Role Great In this role, you'll be the primary architect of Trimble's global geospatial voice, directly influencing how surveying and mapping professionals adopt next-generation technology. You will have the unique opportunity to take visionary concepts from a whiteboard to a global launch, making a tangible impact on a robust sales pipeline and shaping the future of the industry. Key Exciting Responsibilities * Spearhead high-visibility integrated campaigns and trade show strategies that shape industry trends and thought leadership. * Architect compelling value propositions by translating complex engineering into marketing messages that resonate across owned, paid, and earned channels. * Develop deep audience insights to ensure global marketing efforts address the real-world pain points of surveyors and mapping professionals. * Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns designed to nurture qualified leads and contribute to a healthy sales pipeline. * Collaborate with international teams and product leaders to align diverse stakeholders toward a singular, impactful global vision. Essential Skills & Experience * 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or technical sales within a matrixed environment. * Strong technical fluency in geospatial workflows, including the application of total stations and GNSS receivers. * Proven track record of managing projects from initial concept through to successful global execution. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build rapport across diverse teams. Bonus Points For: * Hands-on experience working directly in the surveying, mapping, or civil engineering industries. * Experience managing multi-channel digital lead generation campaigns on an international scale. Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
