This role holds end-to-end accountability for business performance, including revenue growth, partner success, and long-term commercial sustainability across products, platforms, and global markets.
Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this leader functions as a general manager for the partnership-driving alignment across executive stakeholders, influencing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the venture evolves into a scalable, enterprise-grade business. This is not a traditional sales role; it requires a balance of commercial leadership, operational rigor, and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities

Lead governance frameworks, including executive business reviews, steering committees, and escalation pathways
Define and continuously refine the long-term partnership strategy, including roadmap alignment, innovation priorities, and expansion opportunities
Represent the joint venture at the executive level internally and externally, shaping perception, alignment, and investment decisions
Business Ownership & Growth
Own full commercial accountability, including revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and growth strategy
Drive expansion across products, geographies, channels, and business models to maximize enterprise value
Partner with Finance and Business Management to optimize pricing, cost structure, margins, and overall P&L performance
Establish disciplined operating rhythms for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
Lead alignment across Product, R&D, Program Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Regional Sales teams
Translate partner strategy and market needs into clear internal priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans
Ensure organizational readiness for product launches, integrations, and global scaling efforts
Influence and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed, global organization without direct authority
Operational Excellence & Risk Management
Anticipate and proactively manage commercial, operational, and execution risks
Lead critical issue resolution with structure, urgency, and accountability at an enterprise level
Ensure delivery excellence, timeline adherence, and partner satisfaction consistent with executive expectations
Venture Scaling & Organizational Impact
Define and implement the operating model, governance, and processes required to scale the joint venture
Contribute to long-term organizational design, capability building, and ways of working as the business matures
Provide leadership, mentorship, and directional guidance to cross-functional teams; build and lead a dedicated team as the venture grows
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Business Development, or General Management roles
Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-level partnerships, alliances, or joint ventures
Experience operating at a senior management level with regular exposure to executive and C-suite stakeholders
