A leading construction company is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator on a full-time basis. As part of the marketing team, you will support business development and marketing efforts by creating and coordinating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. If you are creative, a self-starter, and love putting together proposals that will help move the business forward, this will be an ideal fit for you! **Must be able to work 5 days/week in the Charlotte office! **

Position Details



  • Develops prequalification and bid proposal package preparation and submissions as requested.
  • Establishes and maintains file structures for project specific Request for Qualification (RFQ) and Bid Proposals.
  • Manages client generated RFQ and documents, developed response, and final submission documentation within file structure.
  • Manages bid proposal preparation including, but not limited to, scope, resumes, project lists, organization charts, and any collateral/support documentation.
  • Assists with developing deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements and responsibilities and final package submission.
  • Refresh firm's brand image collateral (print and electronic), project profiles, team resumes, experience lists, and service/market sector summaries.
  • Update and maintain inventory of proposal resources, photos, and graphics.
  • Support the redevelopment of the website and creation of electronic marketing materials.
  • Update and maintain the marketing & business development information management system (Unanet/Cosential).


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications required or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in marketing and proposal/qualifications coordination, development, and production for the A/E/C industry.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and graphic design skills.
  • Familiarity with information management systems such as Unanet/Cosential, Deltek Vision, or a comparable system.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload.
  • Experience in Service or Construction industry preferred.
  • Good project management skills with ability to meet assigned deadlines.
