Golf Marshall

Overview:

This team member will be responsible for stating golfers from the first tee, enforce pace of play guidelines, enhance the member and guest experience at the golf facilities, keep golfers informed of rules, regulations, and course conditions.

Responsibilities:

* Participate in daily communication stand-up meetings

* Manage the starting tee of both courses

* Ensure consistent presentation according to Omni Hotels standards

* Maintain consistent communication with the golf shop regarding guest check-in and caddie experience

* Ensure the golf facilities are properly maintained and stocked from an operational standpoint

* Provide an exceptional guest experience on course by enforcing pace of play standards, course assistance as needed, and service touches

Qualifications:

* Working knowledge of the game is required

* Must have high standards for guest service and maintain a welcoming demeanor

* Must be able to lift 60 pounds of ice/sand/etc.

* Must be able to operate a golf cart

* May be subjected to adverse conditions - rain, wind, sun, extreme heat and cold

* Must be able to operate golf cart, starter tablet, GPS and hand radio
