Within 3 months and upon becoming highly successful as an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be promoted to a Healthcare Recruiter and continue your Recruiting career and join the ranks of our Lead Recruiters, Delivery Managers and Recruiting Management.

Source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media
• Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
• Negotiate pay rates
• Learn from the best Recruiters in the industry on how to be successful, quickly

Recruiter Minimum Requirements:

• Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented/motivated and strong desire to succeed
• Some telephone sales or telemarketing experience is highly preferred
