JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The House Supervisor (RN) is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient carein collaboration with the Medical Staff, DON, and other facility leaders.
• Provides supervisionto the nursing staffand conducts chart audits to ensure compliance with assessment, treatment planning, and daily progress notes.
• Reviews incident reports and ensure immediate action and documentation to ensure patient safety.
• Responsible for direct supervision of the nursing staff, patients, and patient care during their shift.
• Work closely with the Intake and Admissions Department regarding patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during the shift.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.

License: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
