*Professional Summary* The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides dedicated, fullcycle support for one of Stellar's largest Pacific Northwest customers. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, sourcing and purchasing, quoting and order entry, and performing inventory data analysis to ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly customerfocused, detailoriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently while collaborating crossfunctionally with warehouse, solutions, purchasing, and supplier partners.
*Key Responsibilities* * Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated customer account, delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer support. * Manage all customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution while ensuring customerspecific requirements are consistently met. * Prepare, follow up on, and expedite customer quotes and open orders with urgency and attention to detail. * Accurately enter, maintain, and manage orders within the ERP system (Epicor Prophet 21). * Source products through approved supplier networks and communicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and availability. * Issue purchase orders and perform ongoing supplier followup to support customer demand and service levels. * Monitor customerspecific inventory, evaluate Min/Max and safety stock levels, and identify replenishment risks. * Create and analyze inventory and usage reports to identify trends and make datadriven recommendations. * Collaborate with warehouse, site support, solutions, and quality teams to ensure timely fulfillment and process alignment. * Utilize automated and semiautomated systems implemented to support the customer's inventory and ordering needs. * Engage in continual learning of Stellar products, programs, services, and internal processes. * Follow all customer guidelines, safety requirements, and mandatory training protocols. *Qualifications* * High School Diploma or equivalent required * 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sourcing, purchasing, or account support * Experience supporting a dedicated or key customer account preferred * Strong customercentric mindset with a commitment to service excellence * Detailoriented and highly organized with excellent timemanagement skills * Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make inventory and supply recommendations * Basic to intermediate computer and data analytics skills * Comfortable working within CRM and ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 preferred) * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (filtering, organizing data, navigating reports) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across departments * Industry experience in retail, distribution, aerospace, merchandising, or customer support is a plus We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
