This requisition is an expression of interest posting used to identify candidates for field engineering and construction engineering opportunities supporting active Bechtel project sites.

This posting is not tied to a specific project, discipline, or level. Candidates may be considered for a range of sitebased engineering roles as construction and field execution needs arise. All roles aligned to this posting will be mapped to Bechtel's established Field Engineering job architecture, including applicable disciplinespecific role definitions, career tracks, and grade levels. Final role alignment will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and project requirements.

Field and Construction Engineers support the execution of construction activities, working closely with supervision, craft professionals, subcontractors, and engineering teams to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

Assignments are typically sitebased and involve regular field engagement.

Depending on discipline, assignment, and level, Field Engineering professionals may perform some or all of the following:

• Support onsite construction execution, work planning, and sequencing activities
• Coordinate engineering requirements with construction supervision, subcontractors, and craft
• Review drawings, specifications, and work packages to support field execution
• Support QA/QC, safety, and constructability activities
• Assist with resolution of field changes, technical issues, and clarifications
• Support progress tracking, reporting, and field coordination
• For senior or leadership roles, provide oversight of field engineering activities, mentor teams, and support discipline or area execution strategy

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting construction execution or field engineering activities is beneficial
• Candidates considered across multiple experience levels

• Fieldbased role requiring work in active construction environments
• Ability to meet project site access and safety requirements
