This requisition is an Expression of Interest (EOI) posting used to identify qualified candidates for current and future Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) opportunities across Bechtel projects and Global Business Units (GBUs). This posting is not tied to a specific position, project, location, or level. Candidates across Support, Professional, and Management career tracks and across multiple grade levels may be considered as project and organizational needs evolve. Submitting interest through this posting allows candidates to be considered proactively for upcoming ES&H opportunities, even when a specific role is not yet posted. Bechtel's Talent Acquisition team may engage qualified candidates to discuss alignment with current or future ES&H roles across projects and GBUs. Job Summary:
Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) professionals support Bechtel's commitment to protecting people, the environment, and communities while enabling successful project execution. Depending on assignment, experience level, and career track, ES&H team members may support or lead environmental compliance, safety and health programs, risk management, incident prevention and investigation, regulatory compliance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities, scope, and level of accountability vary based on role level, project complexity, and organizational assignment. Major Responsibilities:
