Clinical Quality Assurance Nurse (RN or LPN) Schedule: Weekend schedule after training (4-6 weeks) Start Date: ASAP Equipment: Preferably candidateowned; companyprovided equipment available if needed Pay: LPN $24/hr (non negotiable) RN: $29/hr (non negotiable) Position Overview We are seeking a detailoriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Clinical Quality Assurance team. This role focuses on reviewing pharmacyrelated medical documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and appropriate medicalnecessity determinations. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of medications, dosages, and clinical criteria. This position is timesensitive, as it is replacing a current team member who is transitioning internally. We are looking to fill the role as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities * Review pharmacyrelated medical records and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. * Evaluate medication information, including dosages, criteria, and medical necessity. * Apply clinical knowledge to determine whether documentation meets required standards. * Communicate with internal teams to clarify or request additional information when needed. * Maintain high accuracy and productivity while working independently. * Transition to weekend schedule after completing training. Required Qualifications * Active RN or LPN license (Pharmacy Technicians are not eligible). * Strong foundational knowledge of medications, drug classifications, and dosage interpretation. * Ability to assess medical necessity based on clinical criteria. * Excellent attention to detail and criticalthinking skills. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Training & Schedule * Training Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks, M-F (7:30am-4pm EST) * PostTraining Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday (8am-4:30pm EST) Equipment Requirements * Preferred: Candidate uses their own desktop or laptop computer (typically higher quality and fewer technical issues). * If needed: * Company can provide a 10ZiG thin client with dual monitors. * If the candidate has a computer but no second monitor, a second monitor can be provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
