As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Specialist in Buffalo, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all individuals on site by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and unloading areas, parking lots, and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity and/or operational concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle movement to help support orderly site operations and report unauthorized entry, damaged property, and/or policy violations.
• Assist with observing trailers, packages, and high-traffic shipping and receiving areas for security-related concerns, and report hazards, incidents, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate contact.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
