As a Security Officer Patrol Console in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, where you will patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and resident interactions with professionalism. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify permissions when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive presence and policy-based interaction.
• Support residential property operations by communicating with residents and property staff, following post orders, and assisting with routine security-related inquiries and/or service calls.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
