Hourly Pay Range:

$48.93 - $75.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Clinical Nurse Manager - ASU & PACU

  • Location: Evanston, IL (with ability to travel to other Endeavor sites on occasion)

  • Full time

  • Hours: 7a to 3:30pm (with 24/7 responsibility for unit)

What you will do:

  • Knowledge and application of NorthShore policies and procedures that apply to job and area of responsibility.

  • Management of Nursing Personnel to ensure quality patient care is delivered by competent staff.

  • Customer Orientation to ensure satisfied patients, employees and physicians.

  • Fiscal Management to ensure financial resources are used appropriately and strategically

  • Builds effective relationships in order to create and maintain a cohesive team.

  • Ensures compliance with regulatory agency requirements in order to maintain accreditation.

  • Implements Endeavor Health Process Improvements in order to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of patient care.

  • Develops self in order to stay current with trends in healthcare.

  • Management of the Patient Care Unit in order to provide a safe, clean and secure environment.

  • Endeavor Health hourly rounding.

What you will need:

  • Education:

    • BSN Required

    • MSN Preferred

  • Certification/License:

    • CPR BLS through AHA

    • CNOR preferred

    • IL RN License

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of two years experience in an appropriate clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred.

    • Evidence of leadership, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to unit/specialty. Competencies are unit/specialty specific.
